In order to confirm a reservation a deposit of 40% is required. This deposit is non-refundable. The reservation is confirmed once the document Terms & Conditions and the contract are signed and returned to Location Deco+ Inc. The client have one week to return the documents signed, after the delay, we can ensure the availability. If the contract is less then 100$, the total will be charged for the reservation deposit. This deposit is not refundable. The sum remaining on the contract must be paid at least 72 hours before the client picks up the rented items. A valid piece of identification is required.
For events on a saturday or a sunday, the pick-ups are made on thursday or friday before the event date. For events on week days, please see modalities with our team member. The articles must be returned to our offices the Monday following your agreement of the present contract. A delay (return after the hours above) will incur late charges of 25% per day.
Delivery charges are applicable depending on the travel distance, the items chosen and the quantity of items requested.
