In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 40% is required (this deposit is non-refundable). The reservation is confirmed once the document Terms & Conditions and the contract are signed and returned to Location Deco+ Inc. The client have one week to return the documents signed, after the delay, we can’t ensure the availability. If the reservation is made within 10 working days, the total amount will be debited. The sum remaining on the contract must be paid at least 72 hours before the client picks up the rented items.

Security deposit

A valid credit card is necessary and will stay in the file until the end of the contract. A security deposit of 25% of the value of the contract will be retained on the card and will be cancelled if all rented items are returned by the end of the contract. For contracts of $800 or less, a fixed amount security deposit of $200 is requested. A photo of a valid photo ID (driver's license or health insurance card) is required to confirm the reservation.


Delivery charges are applicable depending on the travel distance and the quantity of items requested.
